RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Berek, your satisfaction is always our top priority. We're dedicated to providing you with the highest-quality wearable art and an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please find our policies below:
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please, call or email our amazing customer service team at (212) 575-8255 ext. 1 or customerservice@berek.com to get started.
- Items must be unused, in their protective bag, and with all tags attached. We'll only accept returns and exchanges if the product is in resalable condition.
- Please note that products sold at 50% or more discount are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- If you're returning an item for any reason other than a quality issue (i.e. wrong size or color that you don't like), we'll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photos so we can assess the situation. We're here to help!
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
